I am a long term experienced integration architect who has work for IBM for the past 22 years and have significant experience in leading the design and development of IT business applications.  I have spent the last decade working on driving value through integrate systems of engagement solutions.  Any advise I provide to CTOs and CIOs is based on a fundamental understanding that processes must be optimized in order to achieve maximum return on investment.  Business Process Optimization is the discipline that allows us to achieve that.
